We stand behind our products and our mission to support athlete fundraisers. Please review the guidelines below before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

• All purchases are final sale.

• We do not offer refunds except in specific cases outlined below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

• In these cases, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges for apparel items.

• To request an exchange, please contact us at support@myimpactleague.com

Cancellations

• To request a cancellation, please email support@myimpactleague.com as soon as possible.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Donation only transactions

• All donation-only purchases are final.

• We do not offer refunds on donations once they have been submitted.

Additional notes

• Items eligible for return or exchange must be in unused, unworn condition.

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
